Kinsun KS-I Series inclined packaging machine is applicable for packaging of material with characteristics of fragile or having great impact force generated from falling such as air popped food, biscuits, frozen soup balls, frozen dumplings, edible ice, and screws, etc. The machine bed adopts the design with 45 degree inclination to ensure the fast and safe passing of materials. The machine packaging speed is capable of reaching up to 100bpm. At the same time, the machine can realize the manufacturing of different bag types including Pillow Bag, Gusset Bag and Flat Bottom Bag, etc. by adding relevant configuration according to the requirements of customer. The frame is made of 304 stainless steel, which is stable and durable; servo system pulling film ensures accurate positioning; PLC control and human-machine interface display makes it easy to operate; horizontal seal pneumatic control makes the sealing firmly; high precision intelligent temperature controller ensures stable temperature control; shaper can be quickly replaced without tools, and it has a long service life; electric eye automatic tracking accurately locates the trademark ; and the machine can be equipped with hot coding machine, which can print the date and lot number automatically. The machine can be composed with computer combination scale, z type conveyor and vibrating feeder to form an automatic packaging production line.
