KS-N-420 VFFS Auto packing machine popular used for packing varied materials such as powders, liquids, granule, etc.; it can accurately and efficiently produce different bag types such as pillow, gusseted, Doy-Style standup bags and hole-punches etc. Machine is controlled by servo system to pull film and make bag, the horizontal sealing action is controlled by air cylinder. It can form and fill bags with a maximum size of 300mmx500mm. The KS-N Series can be matched with other filling and weight inspection equipment from Kinsun. Easily set up, test and operate from the color touch screen . Multiple data stored in the memory such as filling amount or bag type and can be used for each product. KS-N Series are Same as our other machines, equipment manufacturing and software programming are performed in-house to provide continuous, guaranteed service, support and assistance.

The design of machine body is mainly sealed and dust-proof the electric box use a double-door design,  the electric box and the main unit are suspended by clearance, leaving space for dust removal.

four side seal bags
